On Saturday, 25th April and Sunday 26th April 2026, we are holding our second Art Exhibition and Auction in St Nicolas Church and also in the Village Hall at Hail Weston, from 11.00 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday and 10.00a.m. to 3.15 p.m. on Sunday where there will be a wonderful opportunity to purchase a wide range of original artworks, prints and cards by some very talented local artists.
The Weekend will conclude with an Auction of six original paintings, including one very special limited edition lithograph by HRH The Prince of Wales (now King Charles III) which comes with full provenance, and one of Hail Weston by Stanley Orchart, amongst them – all of which have been very generously donated by the following: Mrs Val Matthews (on behalf of the late Terry Matthews), Christine Walkden, and Norman and June Hamilton. The Auction will take place at 3.30 p.m. in the Church on Sunday and will be conducted by Andrew Wager, senior auctioneer at Bletsoes, Thrapston.
